IMPORTANT SCHOOL CLOSING INFORMATION

School delays and cancellations will be announced by the following two sources:

Voice Wave

CPCS has implemented a new calling system called Voice Wave. This automated system will call you with a recorded message of pertinent school related information.

CPCS has partnered with WGN Continental Broadcasting Company (Tribune) to post school delays and closings. You can check the status of our school by the following ways:

• Go to http://www.emergencyclosingcenter.com/complete.html and search for Crown Point Christian School by name or phone number, 219-365-5694.
• Call 847-238-1234 from a touch-tone phone and enter our school phone number, 219-365-5694.
• Receive an email notification of a change made by Crown Point Christian School’s posting by signing up on the Emergency Closing website at www.emergencyclosings.com.
• Listen to WGN Radio 720-AM, WBBM Radio 780-AM or watch CBS Ch. 2, NBC Ch. 5, ABC Ch. 7, FOX 32, WGN-TV or CLTV cable for closing information.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SCHOOL CLOSINGS WILL NO LONGER BE POSTED ON THE CPCS WEBSITE.
