The Parents' Club
The Parents’ Club is comprised of all parents and guardians of any CPCS student. The Executive Board of Parents’ Club are those parents who have volunteered to organize fundraisers in support of CPCS and activities to promote fellowship and provide service. At the beginning of each school year, a fall meeting is held to explain upcoming fundraisers and family events for the school year. Each year we look for help in the following areas:
Room Parents: Any parents (or guardians) who volunteer to organize class parties, purchase teacher gifts, coordinate class projects for the school auction and other miscellaneous tasks requested by the teachers. Any parent interested in helping may contact the Parents’ Club or look for a sign up sheet at the beginning of each school year’s Open House.
Activities: Donuts for Dad and Grandparent's Day
Fundraisers: Magazine Sale, Fannie May Sale & Gayety's Chocolate Sale
Box Tops: The Parent’s Club collects labels and boxtops from General Mills Foods, Campbell Labels and Tyson Project A+. All labels (UPC bar code of the labels) and boxtops should be turned in to your child’s teacher. A monthly drawing takes place for students that bring in five or more boxtops.
